.Explanation for each settings:
Username
: Username for logging into the servers.Key File
: Path to the secret key file for login. You need to change this if you are not using OpenSSH’s default path & key type.Use no proxy
: Uses direct connection to the servers. Useful for connecting from inside of the lab network.Use tebasaki
: Uses tha lab’s gateway server (iyatomi-gw.k.hosei.ac.jp a.k.a. tebasaki
) as a proxy. Used for connecting from outside the lab’s network (requires VPN).Use SOCK5 Proxy
: Uses external SOCKS5 proxy server as proxy. This settings requires ncat
command on your machine. Detailed information can be found here.Use X11 Forwarding
: Allow SSH to forward X11 GUIs. This setting also enables “trusted” X11 Forwarding.Use SSH multiplexing for tebasaki
: Let SSH to share the connection to the tebasaki to avoid duplicated SSH session.Don't use tebasaki for plant-ai
: Uses tebasaki for lab servers but not for plant-AIs. Useful for connecting from one of the plant-AI servers.SOCKS5 Proxy Address/Port
: The address & port for SOCKS5 proxy.
